Extensive farm surveys in the whole of North West, the Free State, Kwazulu-Natal, Mpumalanga as well as in Zimbabwe and Namibia.

We are also involved in the subdivision of erven in townships all over the country.

We have also done surveys of big townships for the Government as well as for the Local Councils of Brits, Hartbeespoort, Kimberley, Krugersdorp, the former Bophuthatswana, et cetera. Examples of the townships surveyed are Brits Extensions 19, 20, 24, 33, 37, 40, 44, 45, 51, 54, 55, 57, 58, 62, 66, 70, 72, 92, 104 and 105, Kagiso in Krugersdorp, Galaeshewe in Kimberley, Rietgat, Lethakanenge Extension 2 and 3, Ennis township in the former Bophuthatswana, Lethlabile A and F (Pomolong Township), Paardekraal in Rustenburg, Hartbeestfontein townships, Rooiberg , Elandsrand X 4 and 6, Mooinooi X 4 townships, Primindia X 26 as well as a couple of townships in Hartbeespoort.

Examples are Schoemansville X2, Melodie X 2, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 21, 22, 26, 31, 33 and 36. Other surveys include Arbourfell, Kosmos Ridge, Kosmos X 6, 7, 8 and 9, Ifafi X6 and X7, Magalies Golf Estate, Magalies River Club, Everglades (Hartbeespoort) etc. The above mentioned townships comprise a total of more than 12 000 erven.

In addition we were involved in very big pipeline servitude surveys for Magalies Water in conjunction with Liebenberg, Jenkins and Partners, Civil Engineers. For example pipelines from Vaalkop Dam to Thabazimbi, Hammanskraal, North of Pretoria up to Nylstroom in the Northern Province, a network of pipelines near Pilanesberg.

Kobus Lombard Snr. did surveys of extensive Eskom Power line Servitudes all over the North West province.

Kobus Lombard Jnr. is a fresh addition to the company with modern ideas, having obtained his B.Sc Geomatics degree at the University of Cape Town. Kobus Lombard Snr., Andreas du Preez and Kobus Lombard Jnr. are all registered with PLATO as Professional Land Surveyors and are all members of the South African Geomatics Institute (SAGI).

Another activity of the company is the applications for subdivision and the subdivision of farms over a large area, from the Free State to the Limpopo River, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Mpumalanga.

Attached is a letter of recommendation that the company received from Mondi Limited (the company that owns the most land in South Africa).
