During the past 25 years we have been involved in many Town Planning activities such as township establishments in the Brits and Hartbeespoort areas (now known as Madibeng), amendment schemes, business applications, consent use applications, et cet era.
We planned and established more than thirty townships in the area of which Brits Extensions 24, 33, 37, 40, 44, 45, 51, 54, 57, 58, 62, 70, 72, 75, 76, 92, 100, 127, 130, 135, Elandsrand Extension 6, Melodie Extensions 2, 5, 16, 22, 26, 31, 33, 36, Mont Rouge, Kosmos Extension 7 (Leloko), Mount Grace Country Estate and Maretlwane Country Estate (1000 stands next to Mooinooi) were part. Kosmos Extension 7 is the largest township establishment in the Hartebeespoort area, comprising of ± 2 000 building sites. LDP was able to get this township approved by Madibeng in 6 months. One of our latest additions to a long list of township establishments is Zilkaats Estate - a flagship development south of Brits next to the N4 Toll road which comprises of ±1 000 exclusive erven in a low density development and which was approved in May 2007. We have also submitted an application for Zilkaats Estate X 3 comprising of another ± 1 000 units.

Kobus Lombard Snr. has gained a lot of experience in township establishment over the years and maintains a good working relationship with all the officials who process the applications after submission in the different Municipalities and government departments.
Andreas du Preez obtained a Masters degree in Town and Regional Planning after he completed has Land Survey studies. Andreas is a member of SAPI (South African Planning Institute) and is registered as a Professional Planner with SACPLAN (South African Council for Planners).
